Pooch hotel was wonderful. It was my dogs first time and he was scared and didn’t want to come out of his room. The staff there called me several times and kept me posted on his progress, and they finally coaxed him out for play time . I highly recommend them !

I was so nervous to board our girl, Abby. She is a rescue and I was so worried she would be scared and think we weren’t coming back. Well, we couldn’t have left her in better hands! the staff made sure she was comfortable and having a good time! They truly cared how she was. We loved the video camera feature in her room! Was lovely to check in on her! We will be back for sure!

Benji and I have recently moved and are no longer in commuting distance to Pooch Hotel :( Benji has been going to Pooch Hotel for almost 2 years now. We are so sad to have to leave and look elsewhere! Speaking of which, I have looked at a few of the facilities up here in New Haven County and I am so disappointed in what I have seen...
