For dogs that do better with more one-on-one attention due to age, health, behavior, personality, etc., we have personal play options as well.

Ginger loved her stay at the Pooch hotel the staff was great with her! I also had her groomed during her stay and they did a great job. We were very happy with the services.

This was my first time at Pooch Hotel. I am an owner of a 4 month old puppy and they took great care of her.

The Manager and Staff are very accommodating. I changed my dates and times a couple of times and they were always kind and helpful. My dog, on the contrary, did not have a good experience. He is 8 lbs and was terrified hearing the barking of the larger breeds. He was in the presidential suite and would not leave his bed. The staff was nice and carried him around.

Our dogs Bear and Shadow have boarded at the Pooch Hotel several times. They always get greeted when we arrive and are escorted to the play area. It is very clean and never smells!! The staff is welcoming and friendly. When we pick up the dogs, they are really tired from playing with all of their dog buddies and happy ! We recommend the Pooch Hotel!!!

Staff is very accommodating & friendly. Really appreciate your 24/7 policy. Makes it easy for us to get our dog “after hours”

Always feel that the boys are well cared for. Remembering to send me a link to their room is often forgotten, but everything else is great.
