Was so nervous leaving my skipper for a long weekend but the staff quickly put me and skip at ease. I knew he’d be well cared for as right from the start the staff takes to them like they are their own. I’d definitely use them again and will!

I was a client of Pooch Hotel West Loop in Chicago and recently moved to Boston. I was excited to see that they also had a location here and did not hesitate to book for boarding service since I had such a great experience with them in the past. My experience was just as fantastic at this location as it was at the previous, and the consistency in great service was a huge relief. The staff was kind and very friendly. They were especially attentive to our older special needs dog who is deaf anf mostly blind. Our dog had a great day at The Pooch Hotel and will absolutely use them in the future and recommend The Pooch Hotel to anyone we know or don't know. We love this place.
