Dog People through and through! Thanks for taking such good care of BIG JANE!
Our dog hates people, in general, who aren't me or my wife. She's very 'fear aggressive', and scared of her own shadow. But over time the people at Pooch Hotel have shown her a great deal of love and affection, and now when we drop her off there she gets really excited to see her old friends who work there! It's really fantastic for us to see, because it makes us feel like she's getting a vacation at the same time we are!
My senior dog was taken care of very well, and was given personal attention when she didn’t tolerate the group play. I am so grateful that this facility was available to give her a safe, comfortable and secure place to stay while I was away. Thank you so much!

Overall, a great experience par usual. Just a couple of minor complaints. My young son was told that our dog would be photographed in front of the Patriots wall that was set up for the Super Bowl (so we didn’t take one before we left), and he was really disappointed when the staff neglected to do that. The other issue is that the dog was really stinky when he came home, a problem we have never encountered after a stay before. However, our pup seemed to have a great time, so I guess all is well!
Pooch Hotel is Harley’s home away from home. The staff couldn’t be anymore caring or accommodating!
My dog Duke has been a friend of the Pooch Hotel for 5 years now - since I adopted him. He "visits" his friends Mike, Shelby and many others occasionally when I travel for business. I can't express how much it means to get a 'Pupdate' with my smiling pup while I'm in the midst of a crazy day. It makes my day and I show it to all my co-workers! Duke is special and the Pooch teams knows him. I get such peace of mind knowing he's in good hands when I drop him off.
I was anxious about having my dog stay overnight since he hadn't been boarded in quite a while. From the moment I was greeted at the door, staff put my mind at ease and I was confident they'd take good care of my dog. I loved watching him during group play on the webcam from vacation and seeing how well he was doing during his stay. I would highly recommend Pooch Hotel and will definitely be using them again.
Our dogs love the Pooch!! It's their spa vacation where they are pampered and get lots of cuddling. They all got baths and nail service and smelled and looked fabulous!! We'll be back soon! Thank you! Johnny D and his adopted sisters Bailey and Little. 🐶🐶🐶
