Roux seems well cared for, and is excited to go to Pooch Hotel each time we drop him off. The folks at Pooch Hotel are great with him, and he gets exercise, biscuits and happy greetings when he comes in. We feel that he's in very good hands. He comes home tired and happy, so that's a good sign.

We have never seen Sophie so happy leaving an overnight stay. She can be anxious and gets stressed with other dogs, but when we came to get her we realized we made the right choice. All four employees we encountered knew her by name and we recognized their part in caring for her. Additionally, we were unsure about the group play option but were overjoyed when we read she tried it, but it was decided to give her one-on-one play. I've already recommended Pooch Hotel to 3 people, and I will be telling many more. Thank you.

Our dogs throughly enjoyed their stay at the Pooch!! We were on a longer trip than usual so it was the first time our dogs stayed at the Pooch for 2 weeks! They loved it!❤️They were happy, bathed and cheery when we picked them up! It's their Resort time!🏝Thanks Pooch Family!!

I had my grandpuppy try doggie daycare. She LOVED it there. They are amazing with the dogs. Loving and caring. Our dog is a bit anxious around new folks but they made it very comforting for her. Will be going back again. Tomorrow actually!!

We were in Los Angeles when we got a call that our beloved Great Dane Wednesday was vomiting and had bloody diarrhea. There was a major blizzard outside the Pooch Hotel in Newton, Ma. Despite that, Mike drove Wednesday to the Emergency Dep't at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital and stayed with her while they examined and hydrated her. He then drove her back in the blizzard and put her up in one of the suites so that she could be observed more readily. The medications prescribed were diligently administered. Need I say more? Our three dogs ("the triplets") have been going to Pooch Hotel for four years. They love it, and we love it, too! Everyone at Pooch Hotel is so great with our dogs; we highly recommend it!

My dogs had a safe place to stay while we were on vacation. We got to see them play on the live webcam, so that was assuring to us. They also got baths before we picked them up! All good stuff! Thank you!!.
