Appreciate the service and friendly attitudes! We board our dog there when we travel. I think the dog feels like a celebrity when she walks in because everyone greets her by name and seems very happy to see her (and she’s happy to see them too)! Makes leaving her so much easier...

An app that could notify you a few minutes in advance that a dog is about to be picked up would be great, but overall I have been very satisfied with the experience.
