Hard to know if my dog enjoyed her stay. She was very thirsty when I picked her up and I think she may not have peed and pooped all day because once I had her home she went a lot. Also her mid day snack were not given.

The only thing that would be great is a little more fresh air in the play areas. I am not sure it is feasible but that would be wonderful. Muffin loves her stays at Pooch Hotel and I know she is well taken care of when she is there. Thank you!!

We do have the loading dock that we open up when the weather is fitting but adding other avenues of outdoor is something we're definitely looking into. Since you've originally started coming, we added lots of services that may help with those needs, including outdoor walk time.
