Verified Renter Poplar Place is a wonderful place to live. The residents are friendly. The staff is responsive and courteous. The location is close to grocery store and eateries. Great location.
Verified Renter My experience here so far has been overall good. I haven’t had any problems. I’ve been at Poplar Place almost a year and so far no major complaints. Biggest complaints is the garbage that people are not placing in the garbage but rather around the garbage on the ground. Very unsightly and nasty. Makes the community looks trashy and unkept.

Verified Renter You can’t beat the location of this townhome community, close to shopping, nearby hospitals, and a plethora of restaurants. The townhome themselves are older, but still very nice with an awesome, and very responsive maintenance team who are professional, and do a great job cleaning their work area.
