My husband and I both work in the industry so this was our valentines dinner. We were greeted at the host desk by Bernard, the restaurants General Manager/Sommelier. There was no wait time to be seated as we had a 5:30 reservation and were only the second table in the restaurant. We have dined here before so our seating preferences were already known to the waitstaff(we got our favorite table). Kelsi was our server and she did a fantastic job. I had a “date” with my daughter. We attended the Blood Sweat & Tears concert which’s was awesome. After this wonderful concert we enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Portico. Everything was OUTSTANDING. My Chilean sea bass and caprese salad was the best I ever had. My daughter had the lamb chops and a salad which was great. First time going. Our waiter was nice. It took a bit to get our food (45-50 minutes) but we think the kitchen was backed up. Food came out piping hot and it was delicious. We ordered the pumpkin fettuccini and the lobster Mac and cheese, both were phenomenal. I would love to go back!

The food was good, not great. The service was poor, took forever to have the server take our drink order and once we did it took forver, our apps arrived before the drinks. The service was slow all night. I want to love Portico but can't after that meal...

Food was good if not pricey.It was both our birthdays,and you would think that maybe you could had a surprise,or maybe even a free coffee.

This was our third time there. We brought friends and were very disappointed in the service. Our server was not very attentive and it was very slow. We had to keep chasing our waitress down for our drink order. The gelato was just OK......just vanilla ice cream.
