We visited 9/7/2019. Hosted sat is in walkway so I asked to move against wall. Once there we ordered drinks and 20mins later we finally got our drinks. I ordered baked ziti. Dry and burnt cheese on the top. Not appetizing. Maybe it was bad night new cook no sure but will not go back. Jenny Small

Good food but expensive. Service was good but service person stopped by our table to many times to check on us. Would return if I was at Del Lago.

Dining at Portico is always one of the best experiences that my wife and I enjoy. I just want to give a shout out the the wonderful waiter Joe, who took care of us as if we were the only couple there that night. Everything is absolutely amazing, from the service, to the food, and everything in between. We will definitely keep coming back for the memorable times. P.S. nothing can top that gigantic kobe meatball!

Great restaurant that rivals any options in the western / central New York marketplace. The variety of options, quality of food, and ambience is top notch. Only watch out is the staff, namely our server who was less than passionate, knowledgeable, and or attentive as it relates to our experience. We made a choice to get something different for an evening out and glad we choose Portico. We will be back!

Our overall dining experience was good. However, the Lobster Bisque was incredibly salty. My husband LOVES salt but he could barely eat it. My brother and I could not. Also, I was more than willing to order the lobster tails even at the hefty price. When I asked what came with it the response was "drawn butter". Seriously - for $90 you couldn't put a veggie or potato on the plate. Portico is an Italian restaurant - a side of pasta would be the most appropriate side. Out of principle, I just ordered a salad. My husband and I had a lovely dinner here for our anniversary. Multiple staff at the restaurant congratulated us and everyone was very friendly. We had quite the meal... and bill at the end. Two glasses of wine, one bottle of wine, two appetizers, one salad, two entrees, and two bowls of gelato came to $177. However, we enjoyed everything that was served and the experience for a special occasion.
