Called & spoke with rep after speaking with another local company. Prices for this type service seem to be fixed depending on type of house (condo vs single family). I appreciated that the rep gave me the price appropriate for my small townhouse (another company I called had an operator who could only use the above categories & could not use any discretion in quoting the price). Spoke with Carl and made an appointment for the following week at 12:30 PM. The technician arrived early, explained to my wife the dryer vent cleaning process, and answered any questions she had. He was very professional and did a great job. We will definitely use them again. Please note that the dryer vent cleaning service costs $125 plus tax. Cleaned our dryer vent.
They responded immediately to my call and the guy was great and was actually the owner of the company. I had compared some quotes and they were the least expensive and I feel that they did more for the money. They were exceptional while on the job and neat and clean. They serviced my HVAC unit and cleaned out all the ducts in the unit as well.
Service provider was professional, personable, and thorough. I was pleased with the result. The dryer vent cleaning was free when I cited Angie's List as the source for requesting his service. Air ducts and dryer vent were cleaned.
They did exactly what they said they would. They were very efficient and clean, they even covered their shoes. They were right on with the time they said it would take. I felt they were very professional and were honest about what they were doing. They cleaned the ducts throughout the whole house.
It all went well, Mr. Porter arrived on time. He did an excellent job in explaining the overall process of duct cleaning. He advised us on different options to avoid dust. We decided to give Potomac Services another chance to learn more about their services.
They showed up at the promised time. I took them around the house so they could remove all the vents and air return panels. Then they brought in all their equipment and began working. It took between 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Very professional. Highly recommended. We called Potomac Services prior to getting our furnace replaced. They cleaned all duct work including the dryer vent (if you mention the coupon on Angie's List).
This company was great. We had a major problem with our dryer vent 100% blocked. They came out the same day-within 3 hoiurs of our phone call - and did a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Dryer vent cleaning
They did excellent work. They were very quick, efficient, careful, and thorough. The two men were polite, informative, and they did have good equipment. They cleaned up any mess that there was. They cleaned the duct system in the whole house. They also cleaned out the vent to my dryer.
