We found Potter through a friend and decided to use them for our furnace cleaning. The company was on point with their communication and the technician Mark Mainwaring was very professional and friendly. I will definitely use Potter again and recommend them to everyone

Turned to Potter based upon what I had read and that they are veteran owned. The person that installed the A/C and furnace new considered us a "new customer" and he wasn't taking on new customers. Potter has the greatest customer service and always follows thru with what they say. Their service man Rick is the absolute best for air conditioning and we would recommend him to anyone, We have dealt with Potter for years for our yearly furnace check up and would also advise anyone to keep in mind that having Potter check your furnace every year is well wirth it.
