We had a great experience with Potter heating and plumbing. Mark was very knowledgeable and made the repair without us having to pay for a brand new air conditioner.
Turned to Potter based upon what I had read and that they are veteran owned. The person that installed the A/C and furnace new considered us a "new customer" and he wasn't taking on new customers. Potter has the greatest customer service and always follows thru with what they say. Their service man Rick is the absolute best for air conditioning and we would recommend him to anyone, We have dealt with Potter for years for our yearly furnace check up and would also advise anyone to keep in mind that having Potter check your furnace every year is well wirth it. We had a fantastic experience starting off with the professional Office Staff who was able to answer all of our questions and Chris our estimator was highly knowledgeable and Ryan our installer did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond. We are very pleased. Happy to have ice cold air now. Would highly recommend. This was a five star experience.
