Disappointing dealership After purchasing the best service package available...it was a pain for them to comply with it. When I had a serious ongoing problem, they kept putting me off until I was pass my mileage for my service package. Then said it was too late even though they had record of all the times it was brought in for the same mechanical issue! NEVER GOING BACK TO PREFERRED

poor customer service in sales Poor customer service in sales . Salesman would say he would send photos, and call back with information about a vehicle next day, but not do it for days. This happened twice. made an offer on a vehicle not responded too when they said they'd get back to me,.... hours later I see vehicle price raised online without being contacted. moving on.

2003 Chevy trailblazer Went in for oil change (brought in 1 QT of Lucas oil for service guy to add with the rest of oil) tech forgot so they were going to drain a QT and add it. I told them to forget it and they charged me for 2 extra quarts as my vehicle takes 7 Qt and the oil change price was for 5 QT. Also asked them to find out why my battery light was on. They said the battery, alternator and starter were good but provided me quote for $680 dollars if it ever goes bad! I ended up going to advance auto we’re i purchased ... read more

Horrible service I purchased a brand new Acadia from preferred just over 6 months ago and one of the key fobs was bad. I called the service dept to set up an appt and have them check it out (my appt was set for 4pm, I work 8-5, so I was leaving work early for the appt) I was told the overall appt would last 30-45 minutes so even if I was late, it wouldn't be issue. I got there at about 4:15 for my appt and the service advisor told me they couldn't look at my car/run the tests on my key fobs. I asked why and he said... read more

Over quoted Told my son 1350 for new shocks on a o4 Silverado. I asked them about the quote and dropped it to 800 what a joke!!! Asked the manager to call me. Never did. Commission service salesman.

Oil change from xxxx Overfilled my truck over 2 quartz and now I'm leaking oil everywhere and they clam no responsibility for there action's just a bill to repair the leaks they caused.

Dodge Truck Sales person was not into selling truck and had little to no knowledge of vehicle when I asked him.

treated fairly i guess i had an issue with the car i shouldn't have had after just four years but apparently it was repaired for about a third of the cost, last chevy i'll ever buy however, too many repair issues with them. i guess my toyotas have spoiled me.
