Sold us an absolute lemon. Sold us an absolute lemon. Bought a 2016 Acadia for a decent price that was in-line with other area dealerships. 3 months later the entire exhaust system needs replacement at a price of $9000. Certified mechanic at the dealership said its pretty clear the exhaust system is shot from the vehicle sitting for a long period of time with inadequate maintenance when vehicle was brought out for driving again.

Poor service repair I brought in my car because it was shaking. They ordered a new axel shaft and said I would have it back later that same day. I did not get my car back for 3 days and they didn't have any rentals available which is why I would give this experience 2 stars. Also, when I got my car back, there was oil on the ceiling that wasn't there before.

I was very disappointed in my experience with preferred. I was very disappointed in my experience with preferred. I thought ot was straightened and it was not so i wanted to discuss this with Chuck but unfortunately when they know your phone or they get a heads up from the operator and dont take your call. Wow just so disappointed

Bad Service Went in for grinding brakes. Mark told me it was one of the calipers. Got one replaced and also new breaks. When I left the brakes were squeaky. Waited a couple weeks for them to break in, but still horrible squeak when breaking. Asked them to check it out and Mark said everything checks out. Went in again and he told me that OEM brakes are Notorious for that. I've had this truck for 8 years and got the brakes replaced twice which no problems so I call xx on that. Wouldn’t accept GM Card earnings I bought a never before sold 2019 Impala that had 73 miles on it. They refused to let me use my GM Card earnings. They told me they couldn’t be used on a 2019 Impala. I called GM Card and they told me that since the car had never been sold it as eligible to use the GM Card earnings to help pay for it. They told me the only way I could get my earnings was for Preferred Chevrolet to redo the paperwork and apply the earnings in the new paperwork. Do not take your car or truck here! We spent over 15,000 at their service garage. To start with they are overpriced, recemented things that are not needed and do poor workmanship. You would think after spending in excess of 15K they would back their work but when it comes to that. You can expect them to blame faulty parts and poor work on you and offer zero discount on fixing what went wrong. Trust me I have lived in Grand Haven my entire life. Avoid this place at all costs. Sold vehicle without a title Purchased used vehicle on 8/3/19. Two months later, still no plates. Every time we contacted this company we got a different excuse. General Manager refuses to acknowledge any correspondence regarding compensation for loss use of vehicle. Guess filing complaints to every entity is necessary as well as an intent to sue letter from my attorney. Don't buy a car without seeing a title from this company!

Platinum extended warranty When we purchased the top of the line warranty for approximately 1800.00 for our new 2014 Yukon we were told this warranty would cover EVERYTHING but tires and wipers. We were not given the entire terms of the warranty to read so based our decision on sales puffery. I guess our bad.
