Horrible customer service! Lease two Jeep Wrangler's - the four door Wrangler leaks on the driver side - they didn't know if its covered under warranty. I would have to pay fro the rental car!!
Bad Service Experience / Policy Had multiple poor experiences with the service department here and would not recommend them. We have a 2014 Jeep Wranger Unlimited with 21k miles on it. We brought the vehicle in December of last year for an under warranty noise complaint on the brake servo. Premier had the vehicle for two weeks and was unable to diagnose this basic concern. Worst service dept ever! 2015 Dodge Promaster 3500 with 54k miles has a blown transmission. They cannot service it at the Dodge dealership, has to wait for an opening at the sister dealership BMW. It has now sat in the lot for 3 weeks not touched. Once they finally move to the BMW larger bay and drop the transmission, they have to take pictures and wait until the service experts decide if it needs a rebuilt or a new transmission, That will be another 2- 3 weeks. Misleading Internet Practices I searched for info, inventory, and prices for a 2017 Jeep Renegade on Cape Cod. This dealership showed up and had good reviews. The price on their website had a click button below it to get the best internet price. Since I was interested in the Jeep I clicked and filled out the contact form with my name, email, zip code, and phone requesting an email reply. Within a few minutes my phone rang - I did not answer. Wheel Fell Off while on Highway after Brake service My Dad recently had his brakes fixed at this location (Premier Cape Cod), before heading down to Florida for a vacation. He drove all the way down to Florida fine, once he got to Florida after hours driving he noticed a loud noise and decided to call Premier Cape Cod back to see if it was possible that this had anything to do with the brake service. We'll PASS. I called and spoke to reception asking if we could have a tech just switch out our locking lug nuts on our jeep to universal lug nuts. Reception said we would have to make an appointment, I asked to speak to a manager because that particular job takes no longer then 15 min. Their website also states they offer "walk in" oil changes, this is NOT the case. Price gouged!!! Charges EXCESSIVE diagnostic fees, that are not applied against repairs. I needed a gas cap, and was charged 150$ to 'diagnose PLUS 21$ for the actual cap, then charged 2, 75$ fees for 1) a problem they could NOT even replicate AND 2) for something that turned out to be "Normal". Then they dreamed up a 680$ estimate for body work, which I got done at a local body shop for 115$, and then the dealer said I needed some other repair (dangerous if not done)for 280$. Tried to lease a Liberty 4 years ago, made the deal and the saleperson backed out over a simple repair that could've been done in house on our trade lease. Let me walk over $5/month.
