Women are very rude every time I call with questions or about getting service done for my vehicle. Makes me never want to do business with them.
Waited a week for the appt then another week without the vehicle before they even looked at it then another week before I finally got it back. They also did repairs and billed me for work I did not authorize.

Wanted to get my iPhone connected to Uconnect, so that I wouldn’t have to do it each time I got into car, she said it would cost 130.00 to have it looked at!! Poor service, I will never be back for service or buy a vehicle!!!! Very unhappy
Had 2016 Jeep Compass towed there which I thought was a transmission problem. Thought it would be covered under warranty. After car was there a week found out it was rear brakes and was quoted almost 1200 dollars to repair plus the 140 I was charged for diagnostic test. Abusively overpriced. Declined service and had it towed to my mechanic I used in Onset and car was done in 2 hours for a total price of 403 dollars. Almost a 1000 dollar difference. brought my Jeep in 4 times for the same problem (water pouring in through roof) $800 and the problem persists and Jeep smells like mildew

Service department from xxxx My Dodge Viper was brought in for mechanical repairs after I jumped a curb at low speed on muddy, leaf-strewn road. No other vehicles involved. They estimated the damage at $8000. Turned out to be $12,000. BUT, the car was actually totaled. The body shop who received the car told me it should never have been serviced; Premier hid the damage from the insurance appraiser! 3 months after they got their greedy hands on it, they delivered it to the body shop.
