BEWARE! You are being overcharged! Without going into complete detail, I recently brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Premier Cape Cod for a camshaft replacement. Repair facilities across the country, including dealerships, use what are called Labor Guides to determine how many hours repair jobs should take. They are objective and usually fairly accurate. UPDATE! ! Have given up on Premier Cape Cod. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Have called and called..and visited and called with their service department and been assured that my defective doors will be fixed to NO AVAIL!!! this has been going on since October and is now April!! The paint is bubbling and will Rust (on my 3 year old jeep) this is due to JEEP making the doors out of a metal that has a reaction to the different type of metal they used for the hinges. Very disappointed customer This will be the last visit to this service dealer. In the past it has been exceptional customer service. Yesterday. This was not the case. They did not treat me with respect or and honest answer with my radio not working - it’s only 3 yrs old. Instead they just said you need a new radio - no technician came out to tell me what they checked. Just the service rep. - it’s too expensive and now the customer service is not good or appreciated. Will not be back.
Disappointing service First of all this is not a review on a car buying experience. We recently moved to the Cape fulltime so this was our first experience of needing a car serviced. I was disappointed for a few reasons. I think auto dealerships need to be very clear about expectations. Getting an appointment was hard because apparently the service department is very busy. 2nd opinion needed from this place I had my 2007 Grand Cherokee towed to Premier 7/30/18 due to starting issues I thought were related to the ignition switch replaced by Premier via recall some time ago. My contact was Matt and he told me that the diagnostic test would be $139.00 which I approved. I also asked Matt to inflate my tires to 40lbs since I was having pressure issues with dash light. One of the worst service depts on the Cape Numerous calls and inquiries result in the lamest of excuses: our phone system is not working." Really rude and overly expensive, this service dept is NOT good.
Don't believe them if they suggest you may get reimbursed They had always taken care of me and my AWD Hemi Charger, but last visit was vastly different. Alternater was smoking and eating batteries and left me stranded. (it's under recall T36) dealership refused to give me a loaner car but suggested that it *should* be reimbursed by Chrysler. Submitted enterprise receipt. DENIED! was now told that rentals are NEVER covered for recalls which can burn your car to a crisp. Just wish I was told that from the beginning. Tip to man... read more
WARNING! A two week nightmare, Amatures, STAY AWAY! Wasted my time and ruined my Christmas. I came into the dealership ready to buy a car, with a loan approved through my bank ahead of time, with a paid off trade in, title in hand. I worked out the total price including a warranty and closed the deal on 16 Dec. I was never allowed to take the car from the dealership because they "claimed" they "hadn't gotten paid" by my bank. Poor custom service After we bought the car we had mechanical issues and the customer service afterwards was horrible. We had to get corporate jeep customer service involved....its still going on. Between Chrysler and the dealership were blamingeach other but the customer was suffering. They were/are horrible. Outside of the fact my wife's life was at risk because of their car....zero empathy.
