Would never come back to this dealer . Got my truck back two weeks after the final day . Broke things on it , not willing to help told me to pay for the parts . No call backs willing to help

The mechanic diagnosed the problem with my vehicle, but returned it to me in a significantly worse condition than it was when I brought it in. I paid more than $200 for this “service.”

Worst service ever. First time I went for service my 2018 Jeep had the Jeep shake and it took them 3 weeks to get a part in and then another 3 weeks once they got the part to get me in for service because they said they were backed up. Second time, my car had to get towed in and they had my car for 11 days to fix issue. Had to keep calling every day for updates because they weren’t updating me. Car was only 4,000 miles over warranty and the only financial assistance they gave was a promo code they were offering on their webs... read more

I have had a rattle in my van since I bought it in 2018. I have had the service department look at this problem numerous times. They heard the rattle but could not find it. They thought it was my shocks and replaced them. Then they told me this is a normal rattle for this van. They either say they can not find it or they say they don't hear it. The rattle is irritating. They spend time looking but nothing is accomplished. Perhaps they need to talk to the headquarters. I am not satisfied with the service.

they were not helpful at all They basically said they couldn't fix my car even though it was a jeep problem. That was never brought to my attention. And said my car was unsafe to drive and I should contact my insurance to say it was a total loss. Which doesn't make sense cause my car wasn't in an accident it was how it was made that was the problem. my car was 8 years old and I bought it brand new. Very dissapointed.

They spent an hour trying to reprogram my touch screen radio and could not. They charged me $69 that was more than reasonable thank you

Abusively expensive. Try to constantly up-sell and spend more than necessary. I don't trust them. At the same time the front desk person was very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with.

Poor follow up Taking 4months and problem not fixed. Still waiting over month for parts. Once brought car and they did not communicate that they could not work on it

Not very proffesional First I called parts department and the gentle man there called me a sir when I explained I was a lady his answer back to me was I'm sorry but you do sound like your a man. Extremely rude. Then I called the administrative office to report the incident and was told I would be helped by a women in service department to have my key made for my car.
