Terrible customer service Brought my Jeep Trackhawk in for a spare key to be made and an alignment. After sitting with my 3yr old daughter for 3.5 hrs they came out to tell me that they couldn’t align the Jeep because it has an aftermarket set up on it. They were going to set the tow not the camber on it well it’s all wheel drive you can’t do that so I told them to just leave it alone only to be told it’s already on the rack so we have to charge you for the alignment we can’t do correctly. Don’t use premier cape cod Premier cape cod has the worst customer service. Left multiple messages in the past to schedule an oil change and they never got back to me. Now I make an appointment because my drive shaft that they “fixed” over a year ago is already broken. They schedule me for a Friday at 8 am. I take work off and drop the car off Thursday so they can get to it early Friday. Friday 3pm comes around and they still have not even looked at it. Poor service Premier inflates prices and does poor work. They said the brake needed replacing with 40% of the pads remaining. While servicing they damaged the radiator and my car overheated on the ride home. Spoke with Danielle Laham, she was condescending and rude. She wouldn't admit any wrong doing and offer no solution other than, "pay us another $150 and we'll examine the issue." You just did that!!! Idiotic.
New problems after each service I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service twice in the past six months. Each time, I had a new problem pop up within a day after each service. I am no conspiracy theorist and I know normal wear and tear of cars, it seems incredibly suspect. Avoid bringing your vehicle here for repairs.
I lost my A/C completely on my 2015 Jeep GC...Apt in 20 days I had my oil changed last Friday August 2, 2019...Quick service and Austin Blake was the Pro for this service. Worst service department Bought a new Jeep in January 2019. Had trouble with Uconnect since I bought it. It is now late July and after numerous attempts to fix it, it is still not working. There seems to be a communication gap between the service advisor and the technicians. And to make matters worse it takes at least two weeks to get a other appointment.
Jack Moran was rude, unhelpful, and very evasive when I asked questions. I was very disappointed with the customer service and will not be back to this dealer.
Pretty sure they tried to pull a fast one So I took my car in because I believed that had an issue with the wheels on my car. I sat there for almost three hours, and they finally tell me that I need new tires. I take the car to another place to get a second opinion and they laugh in my face when I tell them that Premier says I need to replace my tires.
