It took 26 days to figure out they needed to switch from Conventional loan to FHA which caused a 12 day delay in closing. The seller was very upset and inconvenienced .

Nothing…there are simply too many documents required to complete the process. While I understand they r all necessary, the requests for additional docs seemed endless. Maybe knowing all that r required up front would have made it less onerous.

Very disjointed communications with multiple people from Premier asking for the same things over and over. Last minute requests were annoying. I did appreciate that they tried to hit a 20-day escrow deadline.

More communication from his team for any delays. We had issues with our mortgage lender which prolonged the refi process and I had to follow up a lot with his team on the status. But regardless the service was great when I interacted with his team. Totally understand that it was during very busy times.

While I understand Premier Lending’s strategy of loaning to clients who are thoroughly vetted, we got the sense through the process that we were looked at as not credit-worthy when in fact we have a substantial guaranteed income and assets and have proven our financial dependability for over 25 years in our house.
