I don't think I like to deal with those folks again. They were so nice and promised a ton at the beginning. Then they will start to move out of the path they describe. I would suggest you to do enough homework before you sign anything.
I had similar experiences. Customer service was great until they get paid. Project manager wouldn't even answer your phone call. Tried to be reasonable, but by all means they went downhill very fast. I had two properties to fix it was mess to handle the them. Papers keeps sending to the rental property despite of repeated request. Overall very disappointed. I would not recommend.
Not having the best experience with this company. They were very reasonable in negotiating a price for the work outlined by my insurance company. Work started about a month ago and the job is not finished. They left materials in my front lawn that I had to call them in order to get removed and they still left some metal trim lying around. I just received a call in the middle of the day from a high pressure sales rep offering a "free" roof evaluation. He did not immediately identify himself and, in fact, I had to ask who was calling. When I told him no thank you and asked to please take me off his list, he instead kept bullying me. I said no about ten times and not once did he agree to take me off the list. I finally had to hang up on him. This high pressure tactic for sales is completely inappropriate. What a turnoff.

This is horrible and it is NOT our company. We do not telemarket at all. The people doing these calls are not with any reputable company named Premier.
Glad I saw the warning signs Seemed like super-nice guys and came well-recommended. Looks like they're doing a lot of work in the neighborhood. They went thru their rote spiel without bothering to read the info from my insurance company, and asked me to hand over my insurance check to them - which my insurance and mortgage company both warned me not to do. First of all, I am not in the roofing industry. Because of this, I rely upon professionals to inform me in an honest manner regarding the condition of my roof. Unfortunately, this was not my experience with Premier Roofing. After a hail storm last fall, I had one inspection completed before winter and two more this spring (not including Premier). The roof job was great - but the billing process was a nightmare. Took about 4-6 months and hours of my time to complete. The agent told me to fill out THEIR W-9 with MY information which I kept telling him was wrong but he insisted (btw,a W-9 is a form filled out by the company). After 3-5 months with my check at the mortgage company, the mortgage company told me they were waiting on their paperwork from the roofing company which including the W-9 to release payment. Premier excels at the sales process and is diligent in putting together estimates for insurance claims, maximizing the amount of damage to drive up the total cost of the claim. The sales department and billing department are not on the same page. After completing my project, I was told after the fact that it would take 4-6 weeks to send me an invoice for the remainder, even though they tried to demand full payment upfront.
