Liars and Cons. Free inspection after a hail storm (1 1/2 months afterward). Friendly young man inspected the roof and then proceeded to show me a few photos, which i'm 100% sure were NOT my roof. He then tried to get me to sign paper work. No way - never sign paperwork from a door to door salesperson, rule of thumb I follow. I received a business card on my front door last month, after the big hailstorm. It indicated that they wanted to give me a free roof inspection. I called them, thinking that there WAS a big storm, it would be responsible of me to have it looked at. The first red flag should have been when he insisted he come at a time when I would be home. This is a scam in KS. The corp office in CO will file a lien as soon as you have issues with the local office but they will do nothing to insure the work is completed correctly and will not honor the warranty if there are issues during or after the work is performed. At least 6 people in our area have had issues ranging from poor work to tens of thousands in water damages, and unlicensed/uninsured contractors. Contact the offices of your local city before hiring. Buyer Beware!!! I am not at all happy with this roofing company. If you are looking for a good company, THIS is NOT it!!!! They told us it was one price, then when we were billed it was for $2,000 more than what we we were told. We were told that we would have plenty of money to paint and do siding to fix the damage. We didn't even get enough to pay for the roof, because they kept raising the price of the roof after they saw what the insurance company was going to pay. Chris Schafersman from Premier Roofing Company walked around in my neighborhood and asked if he could take a look at my roof to see if I had any damage from the hail storm. I had just been wondering myself and thought, well, let's see what he has to say. He showed me pictures with white spots saying that, yes, there was hail damage that had gone done all the way down to the felt. Since Primer Roofing began the community wide project of replacing all the shingles in the Sturbridge North Community I've picked up pounds upon pounds of trash left by their workers. I've also picked up hundreds (no exaggeration) of nails from the rocks, grass and street. They cut holes in my roof to install vents that I didn't ask for. On top of the enormous expense of the job they are attempting to upsell the job by trying to get home owners to pay for the installation of vents. They rang are doorbell and thought I would hear some sales guy named Fletcher out. Talked with him awhile and he said they were the best on GOOGLE reviews but the Yelp ones are all bad I told him .The roofing company a year before got the money for me from my insurance from the hail storm and never had them do it because they were storm chasers. My roof recently suffered severe hail damage and needed to be replaced. Being new to the neighborhood, I referenced a card that was given to me shortly after moving in for Premier Roofing Company. I contacted Mike Dillon, 29 July to schedule an inspection/estimate. I was very impressed that he was available to come out the next day to perform the inspection. Shady. I wish we would have read reviews on Yelp. They promised since we recommended them to a neighbor that they would give us $250 for Amazon. This was a lie. So what separates them from other roofing companies? Nothing.
