Great customer service. Came on the same day I called. Very knowledgeable. Has great Better business and Tom Martino ranking. Would utilize again.
Terrible solicitors, I think they outsourced all of their marketing and are not patriotic, pretty much pest really, who would trust that type of company to work on their home?

I hired Primier roofing to replace my roof and gutters after a hail storm. My roof has leaks.. with interior damage with mold as well. The manager refuses to communicate with me.. he sent out individuals without credentials.. including home inspectors and another individuals with no credentials. I heard from his employees that the water is leaking through the previous nail holes.. This company knocked on my door today when I had the sign of another company in my yard. They started to tell me how bad this other company was and that they were committing insurance fraud and then offered to help me switch roofing companies to them. I know first hand that the first company I went with is not doing anything shady but I find it sad that the best tactic premier roofing has to get customers is to make up lies about other companies. I live in a private community on private roads. I am on the HOA Board of Directors so I know our rules. No trespassing and no soliciting signs are everywhere in the place. Premier has been banging on doors and accosting people in the street for the past two days. I have a no soliciting sign on my door and when I referred to it, their sales person told me he wasn't soliciting. I beg to differ. If you want something from me, you are soliciting. They have an issue with an installation and will not work with the customer nor return calls. The same with the representative. He's gone dark also.
Beware. Initially premier (Denver) was easy to work with and I had no complaints. Everything about the roof installation went smoothly. But they do not honor their warranty. My roof has been leaking since the install. When I reported it, premier sent a single technician who confirmed the roof leak and tried to fix it. The fix did not work and the tech returned. Be warned -- dishonest, poor workmanship, impossible to deal with, sends threatening letters without having even completed the job. Do not use this company!
