They provide much higher quality service and materials than most of the other companies. Their prices are high, but not as unreasonable as some of their competitors. They do landscaping and grounds maintenance for me. I am on a board of directors for a cluster and they also do work for the cluster as well.

This was a 4-yr old ash, grown from seed, that was just growing out of sapling stage -- right next the foundation. In very poor backfill soil, I couldn't do it by myself. Premium quoted $220 and offered a 60% survival odds. We agreed they would come back in October after the tree was dormant. The only ding against Premium was the field supervisor thought the office had notified me; but when they showed up this morning I had not been notified. We worked with Ritchie, and he was fantastic. He came to our home several times to discuss the plans, his estimate was significantly lower than the other two estimates we received, and his crews did outstanding work. They cleaned up their equipment daily and within two weeks the project was completed as promised. We highly reccommend this company for landscaping and hardscaping work. The do a pretty good job, I wouldn't call it great. The supervisor was training someone at my house and had to go back and re-do his work. They come and mow my lawn.

I've enjoyed working with Kelly, the landscape designer, and her ideas have been very good. We're really happy with the landscape design. They have been responsive. They will also be monitoring an issue with my hardscape pavers to make sure it turns out okay, as Premium Lawn and Landscape's installation was fine; the trouble is with the pavers. We've had hardscaping and landscaping done by them.

I researched Angie's list for firms to remove a fallen tree. One firm did not respond while another took several days and their quote was twice as high as Yards Are Us. This firm was at my house in less than two hours and gave me a quote immediately. They started the project earlier than expected and came out with a large crew. Work began on schedule and was completed ahead of schedule. Consultants, designers, and workmen were prompt, responsive, courteous, and skilled. Quality control and follow up upon completion was excellent. Consultation, design, and installation of flagstone walkways (front entry and side walkway) and landscape for front and side of house.
