We needed to completely redo our front, side and back yard last year with design and new sod. We looked to Premium but went with another company when we had some issues with a salesperson that is no longer with Premium. The whole process was handled very professionaly. Mick was in charge of the project. On his first visit we talked about design and material. Few days later he sent us estimates for several options. Once we made our choice, the work was done on time as promised. Three workers came and finished it in one day as promised. They did a very clean job and we were very pleasedwith their workmanship. Chuck was very responsive and came out the same day that I called, which was a Sunday. He was knowledgable and professional and sent us a written estimate that night. His estimate was in line with several others but still a bit high for us; given that we just wanted the trees gone, rather than saved or managed, we went with the lower bid even though they have less experience. Everything was excellent. The woman that came out to oversee the work was very cooperative. It was a small job, but she treated it very seriously. She suggested transplanting some of the stuff I had, rather than buying new plants and that saved me a lot of money. I really appreciated the fact that we did not need to buy all new stuff. They cleaned up some planting beds and transplanted some other plants. They added some other planting in the area next to my house.

I telephoned Mark Aitken-Cade the owner of this service this morning as we needed to have a large quantity of leaves vacuumed from the ditches surrounding our half acre corner lot. My husband does the primary clean-up putting leaves beneath the forest of trees in front of our house (as well as those surrounding the back) and then rakes the remainder into the ditches. Everything went well. The workers were quick and efficient and completedthe job in one day. They did such a nice job, in fact,that my neighbor hired them as well. They installed a new paver sidewalk and porch.

Chuckcame out the very next day, provided an estimate, and was able to schedule us for the next week. A large team (7-8) folks showed up on time, got the work done and left the yard spotless. Tree trimming from two mature trees, including several larger branches 20+ feet off the ground.

They provided timely and excellent service. I would not hesitate hiring them again. Two sizable limbs blew out of a small leaf maple tree on my property as a result of hurricane Irene. Called Yards Are Us and they were timely in coming out and removing and chopping up the limbs. They did a great job, cleaned up nicely after their work and were done in a very reasonable amount of time. I would definitely hire them again.
