Of the many kinds of contract services I have had over the years (Just about every category you can name), this one was by far the most satisfactory. A job is not going to be any better than the commitment of one person to make sure it is done properly and that the customer is satisfied. At Premium, that person was Mick. I had emailed him to see if he could do thestumpwork but not the landscaping so he told me that I would need a landscaper who could do all of the work. I called for some landscaping work and some stump removal.
They sent us a written estimate, dividing the possible job into three parts: 1. tree removal, 2. stump grinding, and 3. removal of the remaining mulch from the grinding. We choose parts 1 and 2 and removed the remaining mulch ourselves. The did exactly what they promised in a very professional and safe manner. We would definitely use this company again. All equipment brought to site (crane, large chipper with truck, bobcat, flat bed trailer, stump grinder) made for efficient, safe and timely job completion. Owner supervised and worked with crew. Crew was experienced, efficient, hard working. Cleanup excellent. In 20 years in our present home, have had lots of tree work done --this was the very best experience, BY FAR. We contacted them along with 3 others for estimates and went with Premium. Kelly did the design with a full drawing so we knew exactly what it would look like. The work was done yesterday - the arrived about 8:30 and were done about 5. The arborist also came out to look at a tree which ended up having to be replaced. Kelly worked within our budget. I called on THursday right after the big storm. Chuck came on Friday and gave an estimate. On Monday - the tree was gone . This was my second experience with these guys and they are fantastic! Tree came down in the snow storm. Landed on teh house. These guys did an amazing job at minimizing damage. They had the tree removed within three days of the storm!
They did a good job. They had well marked vehicles and were professional. The prices were very fair. Overall good experience. They did landscaping for us.
Chuck came out quickly to give us an estimate. He surveyed all the trees in our backyard, and talked me out of taking down a perfectly healthy tree. We ended up doing pruning on 4 different trees. This is the second time we've used him to trim trees, and have been very satisfied both times. The crew performed the work quickly and seems to have done a good job. Tr Trimmed 4 trees, including the removal of a dead dogwood and major trimming on a large maple.
Roger was very helpful and creative during the estimate process and very understanding as we worked through our HOA restrictions. The estimate was very reasonable and we were able to schedule the work to be done in a timely manner. On the day the work was done, the crew was professional and very quick at getting everything done. All of the work was completed within 3 hours of the start time.
