Hot water tank service 4:10 PM we came home to waster on our kitchen floor, and noticed our hot water tank was the culprit. I called Pride Plumbing because we keep hearing their ads on the radio. Before 5 PM Eddie showed up and started to work. The man was running back and forth from our place to his truck while it started thundering and pouring rain. By the tine he finished it was after 8 PM. Any employee who dedicates himself to servicing This isn't five star service...it's platinum gold star service and more!!!

bathroom remodel is beautiful We have just completed a bathroom remodel that was done by Ken of Pride Plumbing. Ken is an expert in bathroom remodeling. He was very easy to work with as he answered all our questions and gave thoughtful opinions in helping us get the best possible outcome for our project. Our new bathroom is amazing! Hot Water Tank Replacement My hot water tank broke down on a Saturday. The service I received from Pride Plumbing throughout this entire experience was top notch. David who was on call was very responsive and immediately helped me out to understand the entire issue and went out of his way to schedule and locate a specific water heater. On Monday Eddie and Manny came to my home to install the water heater. They were both very kind, courteous and professional throughout the entire installation. Pride plumbing fixing an issue . I called Pride Plumbing on a Monday for a small leak in the basement that could wait to get fixed . They had an opening for Wednesday between 9-12 . Keith called and arrived in that time frame and was very courteous and knowledgeable of the issue and fixed it in a timely manner .

Excellent Service David & Eddie replaced the ball $@!#% assembly in the master bathroom and replaced 'the innards' of an older MOEN bathroom faucet. They were neat, courteous and explained what was needed. Two thumbs up for Pride Plumbing and David and Eddie. Thank you

install a hand-held shower handle (or, whatever it's called!) For my husband's safety, a hand-held shower handle was recommended. Steve came and completed the installation in record time! Great work!

Overall, a good experience but would have preferred not getting a flat rate for my new faucet installation. The service was professional, the service man was timely, informative and thorough, and he did a good job replacing our kitchen faucet. We would call Pride Plumbing again.
