A water tank replacement was provide by Ken on 11.30.2018 Service provided by PridePlumbing was of a high quality starting from the moment I called them. Operator connected me to Ross, who guided through the process I had to do with my leaking water tank before technician shows up Ken - did everything quickly, neatly, explained the reason the water tank started leaking. Upon our request, cut off the softener which appeared to be the reason the reason of the accident

Emergency Call! My 99-tear-old Aunt had a sewer back-up last night -- water overrunning toilets and utility tub like they were Niagara Falls! Called Pride Plumbing around 6:15 PM and they had Ken at her home by 7:30! Ken figured out that the problem was a blockage in her sanitary sewer line and he went to work immediately to clear it out. Most excellent! This is our second time using Pride and both times we have been extremely satisfied by the competence and professionalism of their employees. David was most excellent, diagnosing a couple of different problems and offering solutions. Plus he answered questions about future directions with the fixtures in our bathroom.
