as most home owners know, when its time to call a plumer the situation usually isen"t very good. I'am a repeat customer and like to take the time to thank Hope who i spoke with on the phone, Steve the technician , who answered all my questions and went right to work and Ross the owner of Pride Plumbing for hand delivering a pump that i requested . New toilet Ken did a great job and was extremely efficient. The whole procedure was over and done with 2 hours. He explained all options to me and I was able to select the right product for my home. I used Pride Plumbing numerous times for several years and I always get great service.

Have already called again Have used in the past, David V (our service rep twice now) was more than courteous and started to dig to the root of the problem, rather than band-aid the issue. He crawled around our attic space to ensure proper venting, listened to the pipes for proper drainage and then attacked the problem professionally. Had all parts in van. Hopefully I won't need to, but will call again if required.

Water was constantly running in toilet. We called because the toilet water was constantly running. The trip charge is taken off of the bill so that was nice. They came out the next day at the time they said they would be here. Colby & Josh was very pleasant and knew what they were doing. Gave us two different options for repairing it. Stuck around to insure that the leak was fixed. Offered a home inspection while they were here. Also the company has a Protection Plan that they offer for future calls.
