Satisfaction The service technician was respectfull of us and our home. The problem was found, cleared, and he checked the flow in the sewer pipe and waited awhile to make sure everything was working. As a contractor myself, I was pleased to see he took pride in customer service as well as I do.

Excellent and very knowledgable We had a sump pump issue that was discovered on a weeknight. I called Pride in the morning and scheduled service at 3PM the next day. Sam, the plumber, was in the driveway at 3 on the nose. Sam was very polite and friendly. He assessed the situation, went back to his van, and presented me with multiple options outlining all of the risks and prices. Dependable service but seems pricey Ken was on time and called before departing the shop to let me know he was on his way. Ken was very nice to talk to and used booties and drop cloths to keep my house clean. The price estimate was clear with no hidden costs, however it was higher than I thought it would be. I hired Ken to do the work and everything was done to my satisfaction and it only took a couple of hours to complete without the need to go out for parts. Very Pleased While using the tubs in the cellar, a pipe joint broke and water was spraying out. The service we received from Pride was quick and Keith was very knowledgeable in fixing our water pipe. He also informed us that the pipe had damaged an electrical wire that would need replacing because it was hissing. This saved us from a potential electrical fire.

excellent service I recently had my basement issues corrected by Keith who provided excellent customer service in correcting my problem. In addition I received additional service from Jamie who helped me to do the financing. Also the receptionist whose name I do not remember but she was equally as courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Fast service, professional plumbers, great company Hot water tank gave out on Sunday. Called Pride Plumbing shortly before noon, had a new tank installed and working by 3 pm. Keith was very knowledgeable, informative, and worked quickly to complete job.
