December 14,2018 Sam correctly diagnosed and repaired a leak and damaged floor which caused the toilet to be unstable in my powder room. It was not a broken flange as suspected by a plumber from another company. I credit Sam for finding the true source of the problem, repairing it and then giving me recommendations for a permanent solution, if required. The cost was surprisingly moderate. An auguring experience!! Sam Valle was here for hours, cleaning out a root-clogged pipe leading to the storm sewer. And, he did it! 75 feet worth! It was amazing to watch! Then, he reconnected pipes. Sam called before arriving. He cleaned up the area, afterwards. We have used Pride Plumbing 4 times, so far, and will do so again.

Excellent sump pump replacement! After numerous overnight trips to temporarily empty the sump pump, I was so happy to see Keith Smith early Monday morning! He did an excellent job of replacing the motor and some piping and got the system working in no time. Thank you Keith Smith!!

Extremely positive experience I had a problem with water seepage into my basement and called several contractors to obtain estimates. Pride sent out Colby M to perform an assessment of the issue and I could not have been more pleased during the whole experience.
