Fast and efficient response Our hot water tank went so I immediately called Pride Plumbing since we had used them for other work before and were very pleased with their response time and subsequent work. Sure enough, they scheduled our appointment within 24 hours and completed the work quickly and efficiently. We were without hot water for less than a day. Work done was excellent I would have given 5 stars total except on one day I called for someone to come in and find a leak in the water system. The technician said he could not find one and I was charged for the call. I knew there was a leak somewhere and implementing logic I was able to locate the leak myself. I then called to have the leak repaired. Ken, the technician stayed on task and did an excellent job.

Great service for a job welldone. Steve has been to my home many times for service. He is an excellent technician . He is personable, and does quality work. He answers all questions and gives the information needed. Steve had quite a task of clearing my clogged drain. He worked long and hard until the drain was cleared. Steve is a very determined technician who I always request because he is so knowledgeable.

Cleaned out blockage in sewer line In the middle of a party on a Sunday, our sewer line backed up causing a flood in the basement. We called Pride and Ken quickly responded. He unclogged the line. He returned two days later to finish the job and to install a new sumo pump. The work was done expertly and our drain runs perfectly. Ken was very professional, neat and thorough. Don

Flood in Basement on Weekend We experienced a flood in our basement on a Sunday while entertaining guests. It turned out to be a blockage in the sewer line. We called Pride and Ken came to the rescue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and unclogged the pipe so the party could continue. He came back a coupled pf days later to finish the job and install a new sump pump. He was very professional and thorough. WE couldn't be happier with his service.

Outstanding service once again I woke up on the morning of Christmas Eve to discover no hot water in the house. After trying to diagnose the situation myself and doing all I could do (not much). I called in the professionals. Hope was very friendly and helpful on the phone and booked my appointment that afternoon. Ken arrived diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.
