Devon, sorry you were disappointed with the results of your mortgage inquiry but you were mistaken in that you never had a VA Loan approval. You only have a certificate of Eligibility for A VA Loan which allows you to apply for a VA Loan. As we explained to you, you do not meet VA Guidelines for commission income. VA is very clear, guideline is 2 year minimum commission income with possible exception if 1 year. Reached out to John numerous times after i had a few people recommend him, but he never reached out or returned my emails or calls. Very disappointing, i moved to Delaware and having a few other family members interested in buying a home. He missed out on many opportunities!
