Very helpful along with helpful staff. Walked me through the entire process of buying a home. The first time home buyers class was very informative. I acquired tons of information by attending. The John Thomas team helped me purchase my first home. Very pleased with the service.

John Thomas of Primary Residential Mortgage was outstanding! I can not really say enough good things about both him and his team. We just closed on our property today and they never missed a beat. John stuck with me through two deals; one that didn't work out and this one that did. The first loan was a 203K and they handled it superbly, the only reason that we didn't close was because of a defect in the title (really badly handled foreclosure and no fault of John and team). They stated that they would be in contact via phone and/or email weekly with updates on the status of the loan process and they actually did! I worked with John Thomas from June of 2014 when I went to the first time home buyer's seminar until I successfully closed on my first house on October 30th. His team was with me every step of the way. They sent me e-mail updates every Tuesday and called me to follow up every Wednesday! They were available to me day and night and they never stopped fighting for me when a problem arose days before settlement!I would highly recommend them and I'm very glad I worked with them!

I had gone through the mortgage process 4 times before working with John Thomas. Although the circumstances were different - we had a 203K loan - the actual mortgage process was seamless. Everything wit the exception of the settlement itself was electronic and very convenient.
I was referred to his office for my financial. The entire staff was very quick and helpful. They were able to help me apply for and obtain closing assistance on my home too. I worked primarily with employees of John, however John himself was present for my closing. He worked extra hard and late hours to attempt to help me close quickly on another house, however it did not work out because the house was bid out of my price range. All in all great service.
