I think John's team was best. Always prompt to any request and very detailed during the process of buying my new home. Loni was greatest! I really felt like she was always looking out for my best interest. From pre approval process to signing day, she was there every step of the way. And after settlement they checked to see how I was, settling into the new home and anything else they could assist with. John, has a wonderful team to work with at Prime Res.
My lender explain the process very very well in every detail I wanted to hear also his book is also a great help in the process of getting my self ready for my first house. I didn't hesitate to contact John Thomas and his team when I wanted to refinance my home. I knew they would take good care of me and walk me through the process as they had before on my initial purchase. The weekly Tuesday updates also kept me informed and were greatly appreciated.
I hesitantly went to one of John's 1st time Homebuyer seminars back in June with the expectation of just getting information on what's needed to purchase a home and so on. To my surprise, from all of the information I was given, I realized that I qualified (I already knew my fico) and was able to put in the application for pre-approval right then and there!
