Convenient I have found this storage facility to be convenient. Also, they communicate well with their clients. The facility is clean and I feel my belongings are safe in this facility.

Great Customer Service We have been very pleased with Prime Storage and its customer service. Always returns your phone calls and answers emails in a timely manner.
Great place! Very friendly people. Great place! Very clean! Staff is very friendly and professional. When we had our movers come to move our items they informed us that we needed a larger storage unit. It was right at closing time. They staff helped us make the change at the last minute.

Great place, safe, clean, and great customer service Very happy, my only complaint would be D building's "climate control", it can be very hot and humid in the summer in this building, and the winter can be cold, but not as bad as the summer heat.
Little pricey for units you can't access 24/7 Great customer service BUT horrible prices on units & packing supplies. Lock was $15 & she said that was already half price!!!??? Insurance is required, theirs is $13 month for $3,000 in coverage.
