Very much a bait and switch. Sends out a mailer for a personal loan then says oh my, your debt to income is too high, but you do qualify for a "Program". The gentlemen that helped was nice but eventually got defensive and would not transfer me to the loan **** so I could at least try even though he said he could.
**************. ************ sent a mailer for loan consolidation, promising 5.99% or lower interest rate, and cash to pay off my credit cards. When I called them, they have a high-pressure sales team pushing me to a loan modification program instead. They have bait-and-switch marketing tactics, because when I insisted on the loan consolidation, they said they won't approve me for a loan consolidation and then they hung up on me. Received in the mail a bait and switch document that we qualify for a 5.99% rate, which in reality that's not the case. They are looking to bait to send you down a rabbit hole where you end up paying more interest. Not a good business tactic, stay away from this company.

The pre-approval letter they send out is not truthful. It ends up being a scam for credit repair services. ******** customer service and shady business practices

They send me a letter by mail that I was selected for a Economic Relief Loan up to $30k and when I called they told me that they could NOT approve but didn't told me why, she said that my score is low and my payment history is perfect. Excuse me? If I own money and I need economic relief of course my credit is low and if I if my payment history is so good why did the application didn't go through? It makes totally no sense to me!!!! I hope to never hear from them again!

Will pre approve you with offers. And tell you they cant give you a loan and only want to take over your loan until you tell them you are Not interested. And then they will say you they do have loan options for you

Started in June of *********************************************************************************** calls a month later. I infer he got his commission and moved on. He was not a man of his word. Gave me his direct number and said to call for any reason. Contacted him twice via email and once via voicemail and no response.
