I only have a questions. If this company gives you a loan to consolidate the accounts, is it normal for them to ask for an initial fee to start the process? I had not heard that and the truth is I am afraid of falling into a scam in the hands of a person who is posing as an employee of this firm.Before I see myself in a fraud case I want to prevent being scammed. I received a flyer in the mail.. I called they said they will get back with me.. I did not receive a phone call back.. I received a text, saying sorry we cant help you.. Not very good business ethic and rude

If there was a -STAR thats what they would get according to my experience, but since there's no such a thing I have to pick the lowest option. I called for a loan that they sent a flyer in the mail and ***************** tried to get me to get into this other program to cut my loans in half and credit cards, we all know that will cause a big **** on my credit, he was trying say it wont, Im not stupid. I worked with ************************* and while he seemed to be wonderful in the beginning, I later found out that he lied and misled me in numerous ways. He gave the definite impression of being helpful and transparent. He was accessible and answered my questions for the first 4 months.
