On 9/20/23 I applied for a loan around 4:15pm and received a call immediately from a representative named *************************! I was working with a man Named *** everything was going great until I told him I couldnt afford the payments of and he became extremely rude telling me Im living paycheck to paycheck with a baby on the way why dont I want to accept the offer and quiet a few more rude things he was very rude and unprofessional and it makes the company look bad it says all calls are recorded I hope they can go back and listen to know how unprofessional it was

BEWARE! If I could give zero stars I would. The positive reviews are fake. I received a pre-approved letter for a personal loan. I am trying to build my credit to pay of my CC's. I was baited for a loan modification contract where they make money off your debt. I dealt with *************************** who actually had the audacity to **** at me about my credit report and said to me "are you listening to me?" when I asked him questions. I had to hang up on him. TERRIBLE. Go elsewhere.
Their mailers are click bait for debt modification programs. Be transparent, be direct. Don't try to fool folks. Waste of time.

I only have a questions. If this company gives you a loan to consolidate the accounts, is it normal for them to ask for an initial fee to start the process?
