My wife received a pre-approved loan in the mail. We went through the process of applying for a LOAN to help us with our debt. This company's employee was not punctual at all. We waited the first day an hour and a half passed the time she would call. My wife called and text and she received NO response until an an HOUR AND HALF LATER. I just called them and the person i talked to was very rude and condescending. I decided to end the conversation and hung up the telephone.

This is a bait and switch with nasty people.Nowhere on the letter they sent nor when they were taking my info did they ever mention anything about a debt payment program. Everything said LOAN!The person I spoke with ******************* actually started yelling at me when I told him I did not want that option. He asked me if I was stupid? This company should be fined, reprimanded and put out of business.

On 9/20/23 I applied for a loan around 4:15pm and received a call immediately from a representative named *************************! She asked me 3 questions and then said all of the financial reps were on lunch and someone would call me back in an hour which would be around 5:15pm EST! Well around 6:49pm I received a text ! I was working with a man Named *** everything was going great until I told him I couldnt afford the payments of and he became extremely rude telling me Im living paycheck to paycheck with a baby on the way why dont I want to accept the offer and quiet a few more rude things he was very rude and unprofessional and it makes the company look bad it says all calls are recorded I hope they can go back and listen to know how unprofessional it was

BEWARE! If I could give zero stars I would. The positive reviews are fake. I received a pre-approved letter for a personal loan. I am trying to build my credit to pay of my CC's. I was baited for a loan modification contract where they make money off your debt. I dealt with *************************** who actually had the audacity to **** at me about my credit report and said to me "are you listening to me?" when I asked him questions. I had to hang up on him. TERRIBLE. Go elsewhere.

Their mailers are click bait for debt modification programs. Be transparent, be direct. Don't try to fool folks. Waste of time.
