This organization is a scam. Took my personal info, never sent me an email letting me know whether I was approved or not. I talked to ****, he is a scammer too, said that he was sick for 3 days and could not send me an email. It's funny because last time I talked to him was 2 weeks ago, and they promised an email 5 minutes after our call was complete. I am a business owner, and this is a terrible scam. My personal info has been stolen.

**************** is very rude and gets annoyed if you try to ask questions to get a better understanding of the Loan Process! She was very rude and kept saying "if you don't want the loan, you can go to the bank and get one! (that response was given to me because of all the intrusive questions being asked over the phone..example, Date of Birth. I'm tired of receiving fake looking checks from this company only giving me the option of calling to opt out. You contribute to junk mail, waste of paper and devious design to lure people into using your company.

I responded to a mailer and spoke with *********************************. At first she was very polite and seemed very helpful. When we hesitated at signing up she began to get more assertive on the program and what the benefits would be for doing it. It sounded like it could help us out of the financial hardship we had gotten into. This company is a** They send mailers out and don't even oblige their offers. Just an information scam. Tell me why I apply for a loan, get denied through them but amex gives it to me at less than 3% rate... These kids don't know what they are talking about. And can't even finance correctly. They tried to do the math in call and saying, "Oh you living paycheck to paycheck... We help our clients out of bankruptcy"... I was just looking for an ease of payments.. Bankruptcy is far from my mind.. Stay away from this company...

Can I give them negative stars? Really debated calling this company, but I kept getting mailers and finally decided to call. I wanted to pay off about $20,000.00 in debt and consolidate into 1 smaller payment. Talked to someone named ****. I told him I wanted to consolidate the $20,000.00. Recieved the mailer and did some digging into this 'program'. This company is so scammy it should be illegal. Imagine impersonating federal documentation to bait and switch people who are already going through enough. Disgusting.

My wife received a pre-approved loan in the mail. We went through the process of applying for a LOAN to help us with our debt. This company's employee was not punctual at all. We waited the first day an hour and a half passed the time she would call. My wife called and text and she received NO response until an an HOUR AND HALF LATER.
