From my experience they will try to get you on their debt consolidation program where they ask you to stop paying your credit cards so they can negotiate better terms with your debtors. Don't fall for it just call your credit card company once a week late at night and ask them to reduce your interest rate.Also the agent that assisted employed scare tactics and when I didn't fall for it started berating me stating I was living in a fantasy. I make enough money to pay my debts I simply need a consolidation loan not this.

The representative ***** was argumentative, combative, cantankerous and condescending. Based on his behavior alone I would never do business or recommend your company. I expected professionalism and courtesy, but my experience was far below acceptable standards.

I kept getting their mailers and I usually shred them. But I got one that presented itself as a government notice from the State of California. The letter even said "economic relief for affected Cali families." When I looked into it, I saw that the "company" was in ********** and not ********** or **. This is a flat out scam. If you're seeing this look for a real government program or regular debt consolidation company.

Very much a bait and switch. Sends out a mailer for a personal loan then says oh my, your debt to income is too high, but you do qualify for a "Program". The gentlemen that helped was nice but eventually got defensive and would not transfer me to the loan **** so I could at least try even though he said he could.

When I called them, they have a high-pressure sales team pushing me to a loan modification program instead. Received in the mail a bait and switch document that we qualify for a 5.99% rate, which in reality that's not the case. They are looking to bait to send you down a rabbit hole where you end up paying more interest. Not a good business tactic, stay away from this company.
