Hurtful, manipulative and predatory marketing strategies. I was sent letters in the mail that were intentionally designed to look like a check for economic relief for New Hampshire families. When I called and asked to be removed, the man hung up on me in mid sentence while I was explaining (briefly) how hurtful the tactics are. Overall disgusting behavior

Their sales technique was very misleading. After receiving a mailer that stated I had been pre approved for a consolidation loan, I submitted my information and received a call from ***** ********. While he was polite in all our communications, I later discovered that he was not forthcoming with all the details about the agreement he was offering me. This company sent what LOOKS like a goverment issued check. Which is frankly cruel and messed up. Especially for someone in financial hardship. Thats truly a sick way to get someone to open your letter. And every person who filed a complaint said it looked like that. And every time the company writes back gaslighting the **** out of them saying it DOESNT look like a government issued check? Was contacted by someone@ priority plus, with the understanding they were working with me to pay credit cards with lower interest rates , gave all information they took out payment, I have called 6 times to get additional information and get voice message only, no one calls back. I am a senior, I thought I was working with an honest company "priority plus financial llc in *************.

From my experience they will try to get you on their debt consolidation program where they ask you to stop paying your credit cards so they can negotiate better terms with your debtors. Don't fall for it just call your credit card company once a week late at night and ask them to reduce your interest rate.Also the agent that assisted employed scare tactics and when I didn't fall for it started berating me stating I was living in a fantasy. I make enough money to pay my debts I simply need a consolidation loan not this.

I am writing to formally express my serious disappointment with the level of customer service I received from your company on 8-25-2025. The representative ***** was argumentative, combative, cantankerous and condescending. Based on his behavior alone I would never do business or recommend your company. I expected professionalism and courtesy, but my experience was far below acceptable standards.

I kept getting their mailers and I usually shred them. But I got one that presented itself as a government notice from the State of California. The letter even said "economic relief for affected Cali families." When I looked into it, I saw that the "company" was in ********** and not ********** or **. This is a flat out scam. If you're seeing this look for a real government program or regular debt consolidation company.

I would love to give them a 0 star. Unfortunately I have to give them a single. Everything is fine when you first do business with them. But what you will quickly realize is, they are lazy, don't perform, don't communicate with you at ****** I decided to cancel, leave them and went with another company.
