The provider was on time and friendly. She resolved my problem quickly.
It went well. I was asked to start the call 20 minutes before and I was still getting text messages for me to confirm my appointment even though I was already on. The provider was great and came on earlier than the appointment time. She suggested i go to the ER which was the right thing. Hopefully i won't get charged.

I have an eye infection It was not explained to me how to properly use the drops or when I should feel better but as is I am worse and see infection in my eye now. I’d like the crème I made the wrong choice in meds this one isn’t t working
No help if you need an antibiotic don’t waste your time
