Very good support staff at the corporate office, they listen, and then try to help in any way. They treat everyone like a VIP! They are very effective in resolving the problems and scheduling a technical support person if needed. Their Technical team is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the systems, and even about how to repair all the various brands of irrigation systems. Tyler was extraordinary in diagnosing and repairing the system from backflow to a small sprinkler. I strongly recommend them!

Staff and service member were extremely professional polite. Took the time to explain my newly-acquired irrigation system to me and how it works. Would highly recommend them to a friend or family member would definitely have them come winterize my system and start it in the spring. No hidden fees or charges replaced sprinkler head with no questions asked and insured irrigation system sprayed in covered yard properly.

I had a very large system installed last year, 18 zones. The price was competitive, I went with Professional Irrigation as they offered more options ie. Pressurized heads, WiFi controller (Which is great) and a very good warranty on the diamond package. This year I had a head that wasn't rotating, I called and in a few days they had a service man come and replace the head, it took 30 minutes. I recommend Professional Irrigation, give them a call.

The technician, Jonah, was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was patient and showed me his process as he started my sprinkler system for the season. He even shared some pro tips! I appreciated the automated reminders about my appointment, too. I will recommend Professional Irrigation to friends, family, and neighbors!
