Very pleased with this company. Office staff nice and pleasant. The service tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this company.
This is the first time we have had to use an irrigation company, because we just bought a house. Every time my husband has called about information, they were great! It only took a little for an appointment because COVID and busy season. When the technician came out to do the back-flow check and turn everything on he was quick. He was also kind enough to show me how to work the control panel, just to make sure I knew how. They are also very well priced and we like that it is a package for the year!
They were here a bit early which was good. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the technician explained what was found, and what the fix entailed. A good company I would have no problem with recommending to family and friends.
We have used professional irrigation for 2 different homes and have always received great service. They are great with following up and easy to get scheudled.
