They did an excellent job at our new house recently. We moved into a new house in February so I scheduled them for a start-up of the existing system - we had used PIS at our old house. The technician (Tom ********) arrived on time and did an excellent job of explaining the features of the system, the back-flow, and the controller. He then entered a "demo mode" in the controller and proceeded to check every head for functionality. Tom was very thorough and personable. I would recommend PIS and will use them in the future.
