I have lived in San Tan Valley, AZ home going on 4 years now. I'm very pleased with the immediate attention I have received on maintenance request and all my questions have been attended to by the customer service department in a kind and caring way. I plan on renewing my lease again!
Leonard and Jasmine were very helpful in resolving my sink issue. They went above and beyond to make a trip to home depot and color match the paint to fix the paneling under the sink. This was a long-standing issue that they made right which I appreciate very much.
Leonard was a great help at our house, came over immediately when A/C went out.
Leonard came today to deliver a portable AC unit while we were waiting for ours to get repaired. He was professional, courteous, and so polite. Despite working hard in this terrible heat, he had a friendly and positive attitude. He provided great service.
Leona & Ed Q came out to help fix our toilet and they did a very good job. They were very professional and very very helpful
When you are asked to leave due to owner selling the home we rented, Progress Residential made the transition so much easier. My wife and I especially thank Fabian and Pia and others who made it possible to move so quickly.
