The PROs:Repair techs have been very good. Today's tech, ******, attacked my plumbing problem with zeal and wasn't satisfied with the results until it was corrected and I was satisfied.The property itself is sound and still looks as good and as solid as it did when I did the initial inspection.The CONs:My rent increased by approx. $200 each year, placing about $2,050/month. Progress Residential has served me very well! They are responsive to my maintenance requests and paying rent online is very convenient. I have been able to speak to the local representatives and the email response has been excellent! I understand that there have been negative reviews about Progress. I think many of these negative reviews can be attributed to those folks who have not owned a home previously. Renting a home is not the same as renting an apartment where everything is taken care of.
