Nothing but kiddos to this company! When we need things fixed it is done timely, we've never had any issues, and the communication is excellent. We definitely want to renew our lease!

My boyfriend and I recently moved into a new rental home with Progress Residential in Braselton, Georgia this past December. We moved back up to Georgia after living in Florida for a year where we didn't have the best experience with the rental company there. They took over six months to fix a broken shower faucet there! I have rented from Progress for a year. So far it has been a positive experience. I received a month for free when signing my initial lease, so that's good. I just signed a month-to-month extension on my lease and no issues whatsoever with communication or execution of said extension.

Renting is a road filled with many obstacles and bumps along the way.
