On Saturday, February 8th, “G”, a maintenance person, was in my home to repair several toilets and the garbage disposal. He was extremely knowledgeable of what needed to be done, and made repairs in a professional manner. “G” was pleasant, communicable and a joy to talk to. Thanks so much! J. Hill

Progress are is not a good Company to rent from, the tech repair people do not fix any thing correctly they came out 3 times and never fixed the fireplace,the upstairs bathroom leaked, they came out 2 times and it still leaked so the kitchen cilling began to smell like URINE. The House have a mildew smell that was making me sick. So did not renew my lease. I paid $1,549 for security deposit when I moved out the house was clean and nothing was broken. So far so good! From the time we had the initial showing to 6 months in, we have had nothing but a great experience with the home and the Progress Team. Thank you for making my family happy with a nice home.

We have been renting a home from Progress for about a year and a half now. They are a great company to rent from. They make the process of renting easier and and issues that come up with the rental home are addressed quickly. The one thing I wish were different is that the rent would not have gone up.

This is my first year with Progress Residential and I've had a lovely experience with the company. They are very friendly, answered all of my questions, and very helpful when I need an issue to be resolved. I have recommended this company to many of my friends as they are in the process of looking for a beautiful home to rent. Keep up the good work!

When I first applied for a home through Progress Residental, I was surely thinking the worse. Five days later, I got a call saying I was approved for a home..Best news ever! It's almost a year since we moved into our home, and I can say when I contact customer service about a service request, they do exactly what they say they are going to do and in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to Progress Residental! I love it here..
