I lived in a Progress managed home for 4 years. I vacated upon lease termination and they have refused to return a security deposit. They ignore calls and emails.

This company is complete trash! Customer service is horrible. There a huge lack of communication between the agent and sups/ team leads. No one does follow up call as they all promise to do. They sell you a dream. The houses they’re renting are houses that have multiple problems. This company seems to be so desperate for residents and money that they fix the exterior and make it all nice to the human eye and then theres a shit load of problems when you realize and problems such as leaks in the roof,termites in the walls. Response time is horrible from every angle possible, maintenance, accounting and the beginning process. Took nearly a month for plumbing repair, air condition took 5 visits, house was shown to me with a jacuzzi, it didn't work, I called as soon as I mov d in, plumber told me the pump was. As and they would rebuild it, a few weeks went by, I called , progress told me it wasn't covered under there contract, never bothered to call me, and it was a preexisting condition
