Hands down I just met and is building a relationship with Fernando Oliveira at progress residential from the fort Lauderdale location and he's very knowledgeable and when I tell you there hasn't been a time since we've been corresponding rather it's through emails or phone calls that he hasn't gotten bk to be in a sufficient enough time if there's anybody you would want to talk to or have questions regarding your property or anything he's definitely the guy to go to keep up the fantastic job. 💚😘
A 1 is even too much, DO NOT rent from this company!! I have no idea how there are even good reviews on this website. Everywhere else they are horrible. This company will rip you off!! They just want your $$$. AND THEY FIND WAYS TO GET IT!
If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a scam and fraudulent. They stole $335 of my money for doing absolutely nothing but wasting my time. Their customer service personnel are worthless and rude, they will hang up on you, lie to you and give you the run around once they steal your money. I paid a $50 application fee, a $35 "convenience fee" and a $250 deposit which was to be applied to the security deposit of the house I applied to. This is literally the worst company to rent from! NEVER under any circumstances rent from this company. They do not care about their tenants or their buildings! They are blood thirsty, money grabbing, greedy bottom feeders! Our house is completely moldy and they won’t do anything about it. Progress Residential is the worse rental company ever! They don't care about their customers and would not respond your calls. With the excuse that they are experiencing high volumes of calls, they take up to nine days to answer emails. Over the phone, forget it! I've waited over an hour, but nobody answered it.
Beware this company forfeits your deposit even if they are not entitled to it. My application was never approved but they still kept my refundable deposit in addition to all the fees Terrible
